From paddock to plate - freshness grown right here!

We believe in the power of fresh, locally sourced ingredients. That's why we've established our own gardens, where we nurture and harvest a variety of fruits and vegetables. This allows us to provide our patrons with a unique 'Paddock to Plate' experience, minimizing the carbon footprint associated with transporting produce and ensuring the highest quality ingredients in every dish. Join us in savoring the taste of locally grown goodness and supporting sustainable food practices. Explore our menu to discover the difference fresh, homegrown ingredients make!

Recycling for a brighter future!

As part of our efforts to minimise our environmental footprint, we actively participate in recycling programs. All bottles, plastics, glass, and cans are responsibly recycled through the local "Container for Change" program. Additionally, our used kitchen oil is repurposed through a council program, contributing to waste reduction and proper disposal. Join us in our mission to create a greener future, one recycled item at a time. Last year we saved more than 19,000 bottle from landfill!

Where sustainability meets style

Our commitment to sustainability extends to our sourcing practices. We prioritise suppliers and materials that align with our eco-conscious values, opting for sustainable options whenever possible. For example, much of our furniture comes from IKEA's sustainable initiative, featuring products crafted from renewable wood sourced from FSC-Certified or recycled materials. By choosing these eco-friendly options, we're not only reducing our environmental impact but also supporting responsible and ethical practices.

Reducing waste, One choice at a time.

We're dedicated to minimising our environmental impact and supporting Queensland's single-use plastics ban. We've implemented significant changes to reduce plastic waste, such as switching to recycled takeaway packaging and bamboo cutlery alternatives. Additionally, our guest rooms feature Wild Leura toiletries in refillable bottles, promoting sustainability while enhancing the guest experience.
