The Providore
The Providore offers gourmet fine foods that are available for purchase by guests, patrons or travellers passing through town. We stock specialty items not found in the local region including handcrafted Italian pasta and sauce, flavour pearls, specialty jams, relishes and mustards, plus our gelato display freezer is the only one in town, offering scoop ice cream in a delicious waffle cone.
At The Providore, we believe in the "try before you buy" concept. You can taste culinary items that have been infused into our menu or guests can purchase items they have experienced throughout their stay.
